Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo describir el clima laboral de
los profesionales en salud durante pandemia covid-19 en la Clínica Pardo del Cusco 2021. La
metodología de la investigación fue de alcance descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño
no experimental. La población de estudio comprendió 50 profesionales de salud de la Clínica
Pardo del Cusco 2021. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó como instrumento el cuestionario
con 31 ítems, los resultados de la investigación señalan que el clima laboral de los
profesionales en salud durante pandemia covid-19 en la Clínica Pardo es inadecuado,
habiendo alcanzado un promedio de 2.47 en el análisis de las dimensiones. Donde la
dimensión autonomía registra un promedio de 2.83 considerado ni adecuado ni inadecuado,
la dimensión cooperación y apoyo registra un promedio de 2.10 considerado inadecuado, la
dimensión reconocimiento registra un promedio de 2.45 considerado inadecuado, la
dimensión organización y estructura registra un promedio de 2.42 considerado inadecuado, la
dimensión innovación registra un promedio de 2.28 considerado inadecuado, la dimensión
transparencia y equidad registra un promedio de 2.33 considerado inadecuado, la dimensión
motivación registra un promedio de 2.35 considerado inadecuado, la dimensión liderazgo
registra un promedio de 3.02 considerado ni adecuado ni inadecuado.
The objective of this research is to describe the work environment of health professionals during the covid-19 pandemic in the Pardo Clinic, Cusco 2021.
