This thesis seeks to carry out the minimalist architectural design proposal linked to communal service infrastructures. Case: New headquarters of the Voluntary Firefighters Company No. 116 District of San Sebastián-Cusco. The proposed proposal consists of a relocation of Company No. 116 in the current premises of the Agrarian Agency of the Regional Government of Cusco, this being strategically located between two main roads (Av. De la Cultura and Av. Cusco); and, whose general idea of new infrastructure is to improve the quality of the fire service. It is based on a Theoretical Framework focused on positions that define minimalism as a fundamental idea for the architectural language, through which it achieves simplicity, the purity of forms, the balance of geometries that finally make the observer feel impacted by the environment. Likewise, referential architectural projects related to the architectural posture to be developed were analyzed, which were selected according to personal interests. The entire project is based on approved and current regulations, such as standard A.090 of the National Building Regulations, the Venezuelan standard for the design of fire stations and the standards approved by the National Association for Fire Protection: No. 1001 and No. 1402. The proposal allows us to demonstrate that minimalism, as a complex system, constitutes a tool for architectural design that can respond to problems at the infrastructure level with greater social impact, such as, for example, a Fire Company No. 116. For the design of the Company's New Headquarters, all the appropriate spaces are provided to satisfy the needs detected and required by the Peruvian Voluntary Fire Department, CBVP. The project includes public access spaces which will foster the interrelation between civil society and the members of the fire department, since the strengthening of this societyfire department relationship will allow recognition of the importance of the work carried out by them.
