The objective of this research was to increase profitability through inventory management in the company Agrícola Pacocha S.A.C. Calca. 2022, this because the company does not evaluate the availability of inventory to meet the demand, nor the amount of inventory replenishment in a given period of time, in addition to this there is a lack of knowledge regarding the time that the inventory remains in its warehouse and the minimum inventory level at which a new order should be placed is unknown; there are also stored and expired products that are not reflected in the records kept by the company, which generates low profitability. The type of research is applied, descriptive - propositive, non-experimental design and quantitative approach, likewise the population consisted of the company's workers to whom a survey was applied to collect the necessary information and by the families of products existing in the company. In this research, planning tools such as service level, rotation, duration and aging of inventory are used, as well as control tools such as ABC classification, economic order quantity, reorder point and safety stock. Thus, it is concluded that the increase in profitability is possible through inventory management, since this is the result of the application of a correct planning and control of inventory management in the warehouse on the products that are marketed with the use of inventory indicators, which leads to an organization in the form and conditions of work, a decrease in inventory costs in S/. 39,687, which leads to a significant increase in the company's profitability by 19.52% to 20.23%, which represents a 0.70% increase if the company uses the improvement proposal.
