The research work carried out analyzes the economic and financial information of the preCOVID 2019 pandemic exercises and the 2020 exercise in the Kintu S.R.L transport company dedicated to the interprovincial service of people between Cusco and La Convencion, the research problem bases its questioning on analyzing How is the management of working capital and liquidity in the Company Inversiones K'INTU S.R.L. in the COVID 19 health crisis, Cusco period 2019-2020? ;establishing itself as an objective: to analyze the administration of working capital and liquidity in the company Inversiones K'INTU S.R.L. In the COVID 19 health crisis, Cusco period 2019-2020, the population was made up of the company's accounting documentation for both periods, as well as twelve people including partners and officials involved in making financial decisions; the research method had a quantitative approach, basic type with non-experimental design and descriptive scope; it was established that the management of working capital and liquidity constituted the main financial tasks of the entity's management, analyzing in detail the operations in both circumstantially different economically periods, the first because it was the formal start of operations and the second marked by the COVID 19 pandemic whose financial consequences are presented and analyzed through the results and financial statements, which are favorable as a result of organized and formal business management that allowed it to be sustainable. The results show that the company has performed adequately, when working capital management was analyzed, having improved its financial indicators in the 2020 period compared to 2019, reflected in the accounting information that allowed it to apply financial strategies and tools that had an impact on a proper management and control of liquidity for its operations; acquisitions of goods and services applying an economy of scale, however there is management of supply inventories with overstock; Finally, the management of cash linked to the actions taken on the aforementioned items has managed to access the financial subsidy of the Peru Reactive Program (2020), which has made it possible to restructure the debt in better conditions with entities of the financial system and maintain the chain of payments with providers. It is concluded that in the pandemic period there has been an adequate management of working capital and liquidity through its various components.
