Transvesical Prostatic Adenomectomy is the most controlled technique in the surgical treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia at the Cusco Regional Hospital, one of the common mediate complications is Vesicocutaneous Fistula, but there is no record of this complication or of the factors that are associated with its appearance. Objective: Determine the factors associated with Vesicocutaneous Fistula PostTransvesical Prostate Adenomectomy at the Regional Hospital of Cusco, 20182019. Methods: A cross-sectional, analytical, retrospective and case-control study was conducted in patients undergoing Transvesical Prostate Adenomectomy at the Regional Hospital of Cusco, 2018-2019. The data were collected from the medical records of patients who met selection criteria, were processed in the Microsoft Office EXCEL 2010 program and analyzed in the SPSS 23 statistical package. Results: The incidence of Transvesical Prostatic Transvesical Post-Adenomectomy Fistula at the Regional Hospital of Cusco in the 2018-2019 period was 27%. The clinical factors associated with Transvesical Prostatic Transvesical Vesicocutaneous Fistula at the Regional Hospital of Cusco in the 2018-2019 period, were Arterial Hypertension (OR: 3.36 P: 0.001), Alcoholism (OR: 6.71 P: 0.000) , Smoking (OR: 2.58 P: 0.037), Bladder catheter prior to surgery (OR: 7 P: 0.000), history of bladder lithiasis (OR: 4.96 P: 0.000), complications such as Urinary Infection (OR: 2 , 14 P: 0.034), Operative Wound Infection (OR: 11.79 P: 0.000) and Prostate Volume (Grades III (OR: 5.68 P: 0.000), and IV (OR: 11.14 P: 0.000)). The surgical factor associated to Transvesical Prostatic Transvesical Vesicocutaneous Fistula at the Regional Hospital of Cusco in the period 2018-2019, was the Operative Time> 75 min (OR: 6.90 P: 0.000).
