Control de inventarios basado en la política de control de la Empresa Visión Service Perú S.R.L. – Cusco – 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: “Control de inventarios basado en la política de control de la Empresa Visión Service Perú S.R.L. – Cusco – 2023”, tuvo como problema general: Cómo es el control de inventarios basado en la política de control en la empresa Visión Service Perú S.R.L. – Cusco – 2023; y como objetivo principal: Analizar y evaluar el control de inventarios basado en la política de control en la empresa Visión Service Perú S.R.L. – Cusco – 2023. Contó con una muestra de 20 colaboradores de la empresa Visión Service Perú S.R.L. La metodología empleada fue de alcance descriptivo y con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta y la observación, los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario y la ficha de registro. Se obtuvo el siguiente resultado: Dentro del control de inventario de la empresa Visión Service Perú S.R.L. existen 7 servicios con una clasificación A, entre ellos los tres principales en participación. Además, hay 9 servicios con una clasificación B y los restantes 7 servicios tienen una clasificación C, el servicio de paquetería de materiales de construcción registra el mayor valor total anualizado, alcanzando los 60 000 soles, este servicio lidera la contribución al ingreso, seguido por paquetería plásticos, que aporta 51 000 soles, y paquetería general mediana, con 48 000 soles.

This research entitled: "Inventory control based on the control policy of the company Visión Service Perú S.R.L. - Cusco - 2023", had as general problem: How is the inventory control based on the control policy in the company Visión Service Perú S.R.L. - Cusco - 2023; and as main objective: To analyze and evaluate the inventory control based on the control policy in the company Visión Service Perú S.R.L. - Cusco - 2023. There was a sample of 20 collaborators of the company Visión Service Perú S.R.L. The methodology used was descriptive in scope and with a non-experimental design and quantitative approach. The applied technique was the survey and observation, the instruments were the questionnaire and the registration form. The following result was obtained: Within the inventory control of the company Visión Service Perú S.R.L. there are 7 services with an A classification, among them the three main ones in participation. In addition, there are 9 services with a B classification and the remaining 7 services have a C classification, the construction materials parcel service has the highest total annualized value, reaching 60,000 soles, this service leads the contribution to income, followed by plastic parcels, which contributes 51,000 soles, and medium general parcels, with 48,000 soles.
