Abstract: El proceso productivo de la empresa Cerámicas Kantu SAC es administrado por un
sistema poco amigable que no soporta todas las líneas de producción, no permite el
registro de las operaciones en cada centro de producción, tampoco existe una integración
con las áreas de ventas ni logística, áreas importantes en todo el proceso productivo.
La pregunta que la presente tesis plantea es: ¿Cómo implementar una solución integral
para los procesos de producción a través de un MRP? Tomando en cuenta esto el
objetivo del presente trabajo es implementar el ERP Odoo, específicamente el módulo
MRP y sus dependencias (Inventario, Ventas), como también el desarrollar un módulo de
personalización que nos permita adaptar las particularidades del modelo de negocio con
el fin de administrar todo el proceso productivo de manera integral y que permita al área
de producción tener la información en tiempo real para llevar un control y análisis más
optimizado.
La metodología de desarrollo seleccionada para este proyecto es la de programación
extrema ya que dicha metodología presenta más énfasis en la adaptabilidad, basándose
en la simplicidad, comunicación y la retroalimentación del código desarrollado, a través
del uso de iteraciones e historias de usuario.
En base a la investigación realizada en la presente tesis se concluye que el Mrp del ERP
Odoo es bastante flexible para adaptarse a los requerimientos de los usuarios, además
de ser multiplataforma (ya que el acceso al sistema es vía web), así los usuarios tienen
la facilidad de acceder al sistema desde cualquier dispositivo que tenga un navegador
web incluido. El Mrp muestra información en tiempo real del trabajo de producción y el
estado de estos, además de que el sistema es atractivo para los usuarios lo que facilita
la entrega de información para estos.
The production process of the company Cerámicas Kantu SAC is managed by an unfriendly system that does not support all production lines, does not allow the registration of operations in each production center, there is also no integration with the sales or logistics areas, important areas in the entire production process. The question that this thesis raises is: How to implement a comprehensive solution for production processes through an MRP? Taking this into account, the objective of this work is to implement the ERP Odoo, specifically the MRP module and its dependencies (Inventory, Sales), as well as developing a customization module that allows us to adapt the particularities of the business model in order to manage the entire production process in a comprehensive way and that allows the production area to have information in real time to carry out more control and analysis optimized. The development methodology selected for this project is that of extreme programming since this methodology presents more emphasis on adaptability, based on simplicity, communication and feedback of the developed code, through the use of iterations and user stories. Based on the research carried out in this thesis, it is concluded that the ERP Odoo Mrp is quite flexible to adapt to the requirements of the users, in addition to being multiplatform (since access to the system is via the web), so users have the ease of accessing the system from any device that has a web browser included. The Mrp shows information in real time of the production work and their status, in addition to the fact that the system is attractive to users, which facilitates the delivery of information for them.
