Fetal weighted by Johnson Toshach and obstetric ultrasound related to weight in the newborn in term pregnant women. Research with the aim of seeing the relationship between these two methods to obtain the weight of the newborn. Methodology: Descriptive, analytical, correlational study. Results: The sociodemographic characteristics are age between 20 to 34 years, secondary education level, and marital status living with or married, normal body mass index, occupation as an independent worker. The obstetric characteristics are multigestas, controlled prenatal care, with a history of macrosomic newborn or low birth weight, ending gestation by eutocic vaginal route. The relationship of the fetal weighting by Johnson Toshach technique with the weight of the neonate at the Cusco Regional Hospital, 2019 is statistically significant. The relationship of obstetric ultrasound fetal weighting to newborn weight is statistically significant. However, the positive predictive value of obstetric ultrasound and Johnson Toshach method with the weight of term newborns is 88%, the negative predictive value is 99%. The sensitivity of the obstetric ultrasound and Johnson Toshach method with the weight of term newborns is 88% and the specificity is 99%.
