Descriptive, quantitative, retrospective, not experimental, cross, aimed at determining management and cross-references of patients obstetric treated at the Health Center Wanchaq, Cusco, during 2014, which concluded that the sociodemographic and reproductive characteristics are: 83% of 19-34 years, the pussycat age 15, maximum 40, median 27 and fashion 32 years; 73% secondary study, 63% are cohabiting, 87% live in urban areas, 100% uninsured, 50% had no previous children, 100% institutional deliveries, 47% use hormonal methods; Reference regarding the management at the facility level, 90% use public transport to go to the health center, 67% is accompanied, 60% identified the health problem, the diagnosis is 21% pregnancy-induced hypertension, 57% referred by doctors, the condition was stable at 100%, 40% use laboratory support resource, 98% were not coordinated, 100% with subsidized insurance, 100% without treatment, emergency, an establishment of higher resolution capacity, and no use of own transport means of the establishment, care 12 hours / day. Regarding the management of obstetric referral from the patient community level, it is concluded that there is no formation of these agents, so there are no references from communal agents. Regarding the relevance of the report of the counter-obstetric patients referred, it is concluded that no sheet counter- was not found, the references were all justified, 76% healed, no case of maternal mortality, 94% attended by obstetricians, the control with respect to monitoring, supervision and / or evaluation of the references are not made.
