Abstract: La presente tesis de investigación se ha realizado en el Arzobispado del Cusco con el fin de describir la Administración del Talento Humano para la cual se ha tomado a investigar seis proceso básicos para la Administración del Talento Humano los cuales son: proceso para integrar personas, proceso para organizar a las personas, proceso para recompensar a las personas, proceso para desarrollar a las personas, proceso para retener a las personas y proceso para auditar a las personas.
El nivel de estudio es descriptivo el tipo de investigación es básica, la técnica fue la encuesta, la observación y la entrevista al jefe de personal, los mismos que fueron procesados en el SPSS.
Lo que demuestra que 85.25% del personal que labora en el Arzobispado del Cusco, considera que la administración del talento humano es bajo, mientras que el 12% de colaboradores lo considera como regular y un 3.20% como deficiente, a través de la encuesta realizada podemos conocer el objetivo general y mencionar que en el Arzobispado del Cusco el área de Talento Humano no cumple con aspectos esenciales para que sus trabajadores se sientan satisfechos.
This thesis research was carried out in the Archdiocese of Cusco to describe the Human Resource Management for which it has taken to investigate six basic process for Human Resource Management which are: process for integrating people, process to organize people, process to reward people, process for developing people, process to retain people and process to audit people. The level of study is descriptive baseline, the technique was the survey, observation and interview the chief of staff, they were processed in SPSS. This shows that 85.25% of the staff working in the Archdiocese of Cusco, management believes that human talent is low, while 12% of employees considered as a regular and 3.20% as poor, through the survey we know the general objective and mention that in the Archdiocese of Cusco area Talent does not meet essential aspects so that their workers are satisfied.
