Abstract: El trabajo de investigación se realizó en el Hospital Antonio Lorena actual Centro de
Contingencias - Cusco, tuvo como objetivo general describir la higiene laboral en el área
administrativa del Hospital Lorena del Cusco - 2020. En cuanto a la metodología, el tipo de
investigación fue básica, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de alcance
descriptivo; para la recopilación de información, se consideró como instrumento el cuestionario,
el cual fue aplicado a 105 trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Antonio Lorena actual
Centro de Contingencias- Cusco, referente al análisis de los datos de la presente investigación
se efectuó mediante el paquete estadístico SPSS Statics 25. Se arribó a los siguientes resultados:
la variable Higiene Laboral obtuvo un promedio de 2.57 calificado como inadecuado, el
ambiente físico obtuvo un promedio de 2.45 calificado como inadecuado, el ambiente
psicológico obtuvo un promedio de 2.64 calificado como ni adecuado ni inadecuado, los
principios ergonómicos obtuvieron un promedio de 1.77 calificado como muy inadecuado, la
salud ocupacional obtuvo un promedio de 3.43 calificado como adecuado. En conclusión, se
puede afirmar que la higiene laboral en el en el área administrativa del Hospital Loreno es
inadecuado.
The research was carried out at the Antonio Lorena Hospital, currently the Contingency Center - Cusco, with the general objective of describing occupational hygiene in the administrative area of the Lorena Hospital in Cusco - 2020. Regarding the methodology, the research type was basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, and descriptive scope. For data collection, a questionnaire was used, which was administered to 105 administrative workers of the Antonio Lorena Hospital, current Contingency Center - Cusco. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS Statistics 25 software package.
