This study analyzes the level of seismic vulnerability of the armed masonry buildings of the Pachacutec Housing Complex built in 1983, located in the Wanchaq district, city of Cusco, Peru, using three methodologies: Method Benedetti-Petrini, Method INDECI and Method FEMA-154 and a quantitative one: calculation of lateral distortions. The qualitative methods satisfy their own method format, it should be noted that antecedents and adaptations of research that applied the methodologies for similar reinforced masonry buildings have been considered. The quantitative methodology is based on calculating the lateral distortions with the elaboration of a mathematical model by means of the digital physical representation in the ETABS software, for the modeling, 3 masonry compressive strength tests and two standard penetration tests are carried out. for buildings: “A-2, B-5, C7, D-2“, representative by architectural configuration. The results of the qualitative methods were analyzed, where it is observed that the evaluation of the seismic vulnerability of the buildings through the methods: Benedetti-Petrini is High, INDECI is High, and FEMA 154 is Medium. In view of the similarity of results in the qualitative methodologies, it is concluded that the seismic vulnerability index according to the qualitative qualification of the buildings of the C.H. Pachacutec, located in the district of Wanchaq, city of Cusco, in Peru is Alto. While the results obtained in the quantitative methodology, calculation of lateral distortions, results in a low seismic vulnerability index. Subsequently, a classification by factors was carried out: Geometry, Construction, Soil and Structural Design, to group the parameters of the qualitative methodologies and identify the most incident parameter, resulting in that the structure factor is the most incident in the result for the Benedetti- Petrini method, the geometry factor in the FEMA 154 method and the construction factor in the INDECI method.
