This investigation work aims to determine and assess how entrepreneurial training is related to job performance of workers at Monasterio Hotel in Cusco along 2010. The methodology is designed to determine how it relates to business training to job performance workers at Monasterio Hotel in Cusco. That is why this work, first of all is based on a basic research because it provides a first approximation to the problem, clearly limited to the description of the problem. Then, this is a kind of applied research, as it takes an experimental design that requires for its interpretation, to be explanatory - correlational, and it is aimed at determining how entrepreneurial training is related to job performance, so the research design is an experimental study according to Hernandez, Roberto and other authors, who defined this as “research that is done through the deliberate manipulation of variables. That is, research has attempted to analyze variables that exist naturally because the independent variables can be manipulated and controlled by the researcher to see their effect on other variables“ As there is manipulation of variables, the selection for a target group was considered just on intact groups. The studied target group in this research, is the total staff members at Monasterio Hotel in Cusco as they participate daily in an exclusive and daily activities and live with intensity all dimensions that will be measured. Thus, we see that the target group is known, because Monasterio Hotel in Cusco, does not have a large population, however this target group was also stratified so the overall sample size was determined by convenience in 80 participants trained in strategic planning. The technique used was the survey, and the survey instrument was in two languages, in Spanish and in English, data have been processed and analyzed using SPSS. The findings are according to the scatter plot and correlation coefficient r of Pearson (0792). We could demonstrate that there is significant positive correlation and also statistically significant (p <0.05). This indicates that the greater the training of staff will have better job performance in the staff of the hotel. According to the scatter plot and correlation coefficient r of Pearson (0.852) we can say that there is significant positive correlation and also statistically significant (p <0.05) which means that the greater the training of staff will have the better job performance in the personnel who work in the hotel flats. According to the scatter plot and correlation coefficient r of Pearson (-0067) we can say that THERE IS NO correlation between training and job performance in the dining room staff. According to the scatter plot and correlation coefficient of Pearson (0.781) we can say that there is significant positive correlation and also statistically significant (p <0.05) which means that the higher the staff training and better job performance will be at the front desk. According to the scatter plot and correlation coefficient r of Pearson we can say that there is strong positive correlation statistically significant between business training and job performance of the hotel's kitchen staff.
