This investigation aims to realize the analyses of the structural response parameters of “Reservorio Zona Sur Este” located at Cusco City, circular reinforced concrete structure with simple support in the base, according to ACI 350.3 – 01 and considerations of Peruvian Standard E.030 (Sismorresistente). The hydrodynamic characteristics of contained liquid caused by the presence of a seism was considered, because the sloshing behavior of the fluid. In order to accomplish the investigation, it took the model proposed by G.W. Housner, applying it by the ACI 350.3-01 for the seismic analysis, and for the modelation the software SAP2000 was used, then the response files obtained of this were analyzed. It was obtained that the structural response parameters magnitudes of the reservoir are biggest in general according to the considerations of the standard ACI 350.3-01 than the Standard E.030 Sismorresistente.
