The main objective of this research was to determine the impact of the proposed implementation of the TPM methodology on labor productivity during scheduled plant shutdown of the company RGS PERU - 2023. The quantitative research approach was used. To collect the data, loss analysis, direct observation and data collection from various sources were used, such as the weekly maintenance plan, the operating expense report, inventory management, financial expenses and control reports. of work quality. The results were obtained that by implementing total productive maintenance a significant improvement in labor productivity will be obtained, with production per hour rising from a range of 0.19-0.34 units to a maximum of 0.62 units. The efficiency of labor productivity reaches values of 173 soles per unit produced, with the TPM plan it would drop to between 30 and 86 soles per unit. In addition, the benefits far exceed the costs, they have a NPV of S/ 242,644.72 soles and an IRR of 29.685%).
