The objective of this work is to determine the relationship between two variables, low back pain (LBP) and the level of physical activity (NAF) applied in boarding school students of a particular neurorehabilitation center, Lima 2023. The methodology used was a descriptive correlational study, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 50 students and the instruments used were the Visual Analogue Scale and the IPAQ. Regarding the DL results, 40% of students presented mild pain and 58% presented moderate pain. Regarding NAF, 58% have a low NAF; 36% with a medium NAF and only 6% with a high NAF. In such a way; The level of significance between both variables, both the DL and the NAF, was significant with a calculated p value p= <.001. The present study concluded that the variables of this study, both the predecessor and the consequent, present a significant level between both. Observing that there is a larger population that has poor physical activity performance and that this affects your physical condition.
