This research focuses on identifying factors that affect consumers' purchase intention, highlighting price sensitivity, health orientation, and subjective norms as key variables. The main objective is to understand how price sensitivity, health orientation, and subjective norms influence the purchase intention of organic food. The study contributes to knowledge about consumer behavior in the organic food sector, providing insights into new consumer motivations and perceptions. This research aims not only to contribute to academic knowledge but also to offer practical information to boost organic food consumption in a context of growing demand and environmental awareness. Regarding the methodology, a quantitative approach is adopted with a sample of 400 consumers selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The online survey uses a Likert scale from 1 to 5. A statistical structural equation model is employed to validate the relationships between variables. Data will be processed using Smart PLS software to gain a deep understanding of the factors impacting the purchase intention of organic food.
