Create, express themselves, market and above all, being able to enjoy the mixture between artistic corporal manifestations through folkloric dances and manual expressions, being reflected through handicrafts. The project is located at the gates of the Historic Center of the City of Chiclayo, located in an important corner as a landmark, connecting on an interdistrict scale with the other cities and being part of a cultural axis, together with the Municipal Library, the Charity, the Youth Communal House, among others, with the Plazuela Elías Aguirre in one side. In response to the problems of the investigation and the analysis obtained, the elaboration of a Cultural Center that uses the concepts of a Mat-Building is proposed, understanding the empty space as the main vertebra of the project, in order to be able to offer the city an infrastructure that, in addition to grouping the entire cultural sphere, generates a first level that is permeable with the street, flexible and that provides through a series of interwind outdoor of them of the program, strategically so that they can complement each other and better serve the user experience.
