The monographic work details the procedures and experiences applied for the bathymetric and photogrammetric survey of four lakes around Cerro de Pasco. The main objective was to calculate the useful volume of these lakes and generate capacity curves to support the Environmental Impact Assessment. Initially, the original project included seven lakes, but an agreement was reached with the data owner to work with four: Huicra, Acococha, Huahuacocha, and Alcacocha. For georeferencing, a geodetic network was used with the main base point PAS01417 located in Huicra. Control points GPC-04, GPC-01, and GPC-05 were established in Acococha, Huahuacocha, and Alcacocha, respectively. The data were georeferenced using a Trimble R8 Differential GNSS/GPS receiver; an ADCP M9 Acoustic Profiler was used for bathymetric measurements, and a Phantom 4-pro Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) was employed for photogrammetric surveys to obtain the topography of the surroundings. Field data were processed using Trimble Business Center, RiverSurveyorLive, and Pix4D, respectively. Surveys were conducted according to the established schedule. The processed data were integrated using AutoCAD Civil3D to create bathymetric-photogrammetric topographic plans and calculate useful reservoir volumes. The obtained volumes were: 2,363,661.67 m3 for Huicra, 228,238,526.54 m3 for Acococha, 311,068.39 m3 for Huahuacocha, and 16,442,849.48 m3 for Alcacocha. Capacity curves were calculated with Civil3D and plotted in Excel. The project demonstrated that simultaneous bathymetric-photogrammetric surveys enhance efficiency and data quality. EnerTek, specialized in hydrological projects, executed this project as part of the modification of the Environmental Impact Assessment in 2023. The information from the four lakes was authorized for this Professional Sufficiency Work, aiming to determine water availability through advanced techniques and contribute to the proper management of water resources in the region.
