This research project titled “Improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan Through Lean Construction to Reduce the Levels of Occupational Risks of a Sanitation Work, San José - Pacasmayo, 2023” was developed due to the total identification of the levels of occupational risks through the Lean Construction methodology, therefore it was possible to propose as a general objective: Determine an improvement in the occupational health and safety plan through Lean Construction to reduce the levels of occupational risks of a sanitation project, San José - Pacasmayo, 2023. To carry out the project, Applied research was determined, along with a quantitative approach, an experimental design with a pre-experimental category, made up of a study sample based on the 3 items of the Santiago consortium project. The main results detailed that applying Lean Construction under the safety production guidelines achieved a decrease according to the level of risk, reducing intolerable risks by 7.14%, going from 7 to 4, and 7.14% for important risks, going from 7 to 4. , 11.90% with respect to moderate risks going from 18 to 13, an increase of 26.19% for tolerable risks going from 10 to 21 and 0% for trivial risks remaining at 0. Therefore it was detailed according to the hypothesis general obtaining a significance level of 0.00% below 0.005% rejecting the null hypothesis. Concluding that the improvement of the safety plan by applying Lean Construction reduces the levels of occupational risks within the project.
