Great leaders stand out and differentiate themselves from others because, originally, their leadership is eminently emotional and, thanks to the emotional mastery that characterizes them, they are capable of assigning intelligence to emotion, transforming it into effective actions; therefore, they have the ability to connect, tune in and influence their own emotions and those of others, to channel them in a positive direction, mobilizing people to give their best, naturally causing resonance. Resonant leaders are aware that, to lead others, they need to learn to lead themselves, and, thanks to this personal transformation, they become designers, co-creators, and managers of a balanced organizational culture worthy of being and working together. Thanks to the deep knowledge they have of people, they mobilize and motivate collaborators to act moved not only by extrinsic and intrinsic reasons but above all, transcendent reasons. They, better than anyone, know the emotional reality of the organization and, from there, they maximize it, thus leading a resonant organization: more self-aware, self-managed, empathetic, and interrelated. Leadership and culture need each other: both co-manage the organization. Resonant leaders see learning agility in competition, as the key that drives them to respond efficiently to a VUCA world since they are aware that learning is the quintessential means that allows them to be flexible and mentally agile in the face of self-knowledge, people, changes, and results.
