The aging of the population has a significant growth projection and with it comes a greater need for high-quality care services, including home nursing services for older adults, who, due to their vulnerable condition, often lack be able to fend for or take care of themselves. In recent years, digital platforms have become a powerful tool to offer and acquire these services, allowing personalized attention in the comfort of home and according to the needs of each older adult. This project details the strategic plan of the digital platform "Tata", which focuses on providing nursing services for the elderly, connecting those who offer them, with those who need them, through a home service. Due to the proposed objectives, the type of applied research was quantitative, applying an instrument that measures the profitability of the platform based on financial projections, technical and commercial aspects, and a survey technique for nurses and potential users to validate interest in the platform. For this reason, the conclusions of the investigation are established in relation to the viability and scalability of the platform, whose business model will make it possible to boost and generate more employment in the health sector of the city, providing a safe service by having trained personnel, based on their ethics and experience. Finally, some recommendations are proposed to ensure that the proposed business model is executed optimally.
