In recent decades, the construction sector in Peru has suffered a significant increase, this is largely due to the deficit of both infrastructure and housing that our country maintains. It is in this scenario that countless construction companies have made their appearance and have decided to contribute so that this gap is reduced more and more. These companies must be as efficient as possible and thus achieve success in a context with a lot of variability. The case study is the Stage residential complex, which was built in the San Borja district between 2018 and 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, in a privileged location, but at the same time conflictive, surrounded by a community made up of mostly by older adults, who were not willing to deal with the discomfort of the construction of a work of such magnitude in a district and more specifically in an area that for years remained quiet. Thus, the project had to deal with innumerable adverse events, high variability and impacts on productivity that consequently jeopardized the target economic benefit imposed by the company. Thus, the objective of this research work is focused on analyzing the results on the implementation of Lean tools in the finishing stage, observing their results, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements to lay the foundations for a Lean application guide that may be useful for construction companies in our country.
