Factores relacionados al acceso y uso de métodos anticonceptivos en tiempos de COVID-19 en mujeres de edad reproductiva, Comas 2021

Abstract

El objetivo principal fue determinar qué factores se relacionan al acceso y uso de MAC en tiempo de la coyuntura del COVID 19 en mujeres de edad reproductiva del C.M.I Santa Luzmila de Comas durante de los meses de julio y agosto 2021. La metodología empleada es de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo e inferencial. La población contó con una muestra no probabilística de 100 mujeres. La técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Se utilizó el análisis de chi cuadrado para probar la hipótesis de independencia entre las variables. Se encontró que el uso de MAC estaba asociado con la edad, el estado civil y el nivel socioeconómico, siendo más frecuente en las jóvenes, solteras y dependientes económicamente. No hubo asociación con la condición laboral ni la religión. Se recomienda mejorar el acceso y la información sobre los MAC, considerando las características sociodemográficas de las mujeres.

The main objective was to determine what factors are related to the access and use of MAC during the covid 19 situation in women of reproductive age from the C.M.I Santa Luzmila de Comas during the months of July and August 2021. The methodology used is of basic type, quantitative approach, a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and inferential design. The population consisted of a non-probabilistic sample of 100 women. The technique is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. Chi-square analysis was used to test the hypothesis of independence between the variables. It was found that the use of MAC was associated with age, marital status and socioeconomic level, being more frequent in young, single and economically dependent women. There was no association with labor condition or religion. It is recommended to improve the access and information about MAC, considering the sociodemographic characteristics of women.
