The research aims to develop a business plan focused on optimizing the management of business processes for entrepreneurs in Metropolitan Lima. Currently, organizations have developed a series of alternatives to solve needs that are oriented to administration of economic resources. The diverse technological tools have allowed decisions to be developed based on strategic objectives, for this reason, a mixed study (qualitative - quantitative) was proposed. The decision elements in the quantitative study have shown that there is a market niche that has a 71.23 % probability of purchase, as well as the strategic attribute, which generates a competitive advantage and an inference on decision values. The technological application, such as Manyado, will offer a series of advantages due to the ability to interact with the client / user in a virtual way and to be a specialized service to the sector. As evidenced in the financial analyzes and later in the conclusions, ManyaDo offers a viable business with sales projected for 3.5% of the market and this is achieved with an investment in technological capabilities in the cloud that allow sustained growth to medical increases the demand for our business, and although profitability in the first year is negative, it becomes positive and remains above 20% for the next five years.
