This business plan research consists of a healthy canine bakery that drives its business model with the cross-selling of personalized party items for pets. According to previous literature and research, we can be verified that in Peru there is currently a strong trend for families to assign resources to caring for pets to save their well-being, especially in young families. This is the initial reason that demonstrates the business opportunity to validate the products and services that have been proposed. This business model has been proposed after analyzing the information collected from private research companies, public institutions to finally be validated with a quantitative analysis composed of a sample of 4,391 persons. The public objective will extend to women and men between the ages of 18 and 39, because, according to the market study they are the ones who spend the most on the care of the canes. About the location, the optimal location to develop the operations is in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho in the city of Lima in Perú due to its high volume of target population and coverage with neighboring districts. About the channels, for the promotion and preferential sale are through social networks and the distribution is under the delivery or local pick-up modality. Finally, the financial study report favorable figures to make the business viable, by emphasizing the NPV: 42,122 and IRR: 81%
