The purpose of the investigation is to examine the pathologies of origin in the Indoamerica 224 Educational Institution, district of Victor Larco Herrera, province of Trujillo, La Libertad region. This analysis is based on the evaluation of the compressive strength of concrete, and the identification of the degree of damage in terms of segregations, fissures and cracks in structural elements such as beams, columns and strip foundations, according to E.030, ACI 318-19 and ACI 224R standards. The methodology used to carry out the study is of an applied nature and is characterized by a descriptive approach. The analysis of structural pathologies was developed in four stages: symptomatology, diagnosis, therapeutics, quantitative and qualitative analysis. Tests were carried out in 22 locations distributed in the six blocks of the building, choosing columns, beams and strip foundations as a representative sample to characterize the compressive strength of concrete. Finally, injury mapping was carried out, identifying pathologies such as concrete segregation, incomplete and irregular sections, cracking processes, irregular flexural cracking of beams, and irregular construction application of non-structural walls. In addition, it was possible to determine the pathologies present in the structure, concluding that the sclerometry values exceed the compressive strength of the design values
