In Peru, despite not having a good urban infrastructure with modern highways and fast and safe access that connect the areas furthest away from commercial areas, delivery services are the main last-mile delivery modality chosen by digital buyers and offered by major retail companies. However, there is a high rate of complaints from users using this delivery channel; caused by products that did not reach their destination, longer delivery times, and for not meeting the agreed delivery date. This continues to generate bad experiences for the digital buyer, who mostly chooses to change sellers or not buy digitally again. This research aims to determine the relationship between Last Mile and Purchase Intention of digital Retail consumers based on the unified model of adoption and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) in Metropolitan Lima, 2022. For this reason, a survey has been carried out on 385 people to evaluate the various delivery logistics modalities offered by Retail. The results obtained in this study reveal the importance of the Last Mile and its influence on the Purchase Intention of digital consumers. The delivery modalities, store pick-up and the use of lockers, are determining factors in the purchase decision, because they facilitate the attention to the need, although with different levels of impact.
