The proposed research work of Business Architecture in the Peruvian Educational Sector for the Enrollment Process of the Virgen de la Asunción Company aims to optimize the Enrollment process of the educational entity by reducing costs, reducing operating time, integrating data, automating activities, and consolidating the infrastructure. The research work addresses the theoretical framework, which provides a description of the educational environment in Peru, as well as the theoretical and technical concepts that have been investigated for the development of the topic. Likewise, the current situation is presented, its problems to know the real environment of the enrollment process and the proposed solution where the enrollment process is exposed through the four business architectures to then find the pain points and relevant indicators, obtaining the baseline and setting an objective line which will be achieved through changes, recognizing the risks of implementation and identifying new, modified and eliminated resources, in addition to carrying out a financial evaluation demonstrating the feasibility of the proposal.
