This study focuses on how organisational culture influences the implementation of agile methodologies in a FMCG company. Although these methodologies are essential to remain competitive in a dynamic business environment, organisational culture can present significant barriers to their adoption, especially among long-tenured employees. In the Peruvian context, many companies in the FMCG sector face challenges in implementing agile practices due to resistance to change, hierarchical communication and lack of personalised training. These obstacles hinder the adoption of agile and flexible approaches, affecting the ability to adapt to market demands. Therefore, this research aims to explore the cultural and organisational factors that impact on the implementation of agile methodologies in a specific company in the mass consumption sector in Peru. Through a detailed analysis of these issues, it is hoped to offer practical recommendations to overcome these obstacles and facilitate a successful transition to agile practices in this company. This study is justified by the practical and theoretical need to understand this relationship in the specific context of a FMCG company in Peru. By addressing this issue, it will contribute to the development of the management field of study.
