In this academic article, we explore the history of the Peruvian retail industry, especially the textile sector, which was changed by the entry of fashion store over 12 years ago. The Spanish brand called Zara has arrived in the Peruvian market in 2012, while H&M arrived in 2015. By 2019 both brands had at least doubled their sales per square meter compared to the other department stores. In 2020, in response to the post pandemic context, Zara and H&M developed their own shopping platform in Peru. Thereafter, this led to the question of whether usability factors, understood as the characteristics surrounding the interaction with online stores, good determine whether a person makes purchase. The methodology used was qualitative descriptive with semi structure interviews by woman between the age of 30 and 33 from Metripolitan Lima. The results show that online shopping is another way to connect with consumers, and that usability factors impact the purchase decision. These factors can be grouped as user-friendly design speed Institute web navigation and security; together these from the shopping experience that will determine whether a user makes a purchase. Finally, as a remarkable find it was identified that each person value differently at the time they are purchasing with different factors that impact their decision in the purchase process.
