This research aims to analyse feedback experiences among teachers at a public educational institution in Huaral regarding second-cycle students. This was motivated by the relevance of feedback in achieving learning objectives. As for the methodology, it corresponds to qualitative, narrative-focused research. Three teachers from the second cycle of early childhood education participated and were interviewed using a semi-structured questionnaire as the instrument. This questionnaire allowed us to gather information about the feedback experiences of each participant, both in remote and in-person modalities. After analysing the experiences, it was concluded that theoretical knowledge regarding feedback is still limited, hindering proper execution due to inadequate handling of elements. Difficulties became more apparent in the remote modality, exacerbated by a lack of technological proficiency and diverse student contexts, resulting in reduced feedback and dialogue with minimal-time questions. On the other hand, in the in-person setting, the situation did not improve as expected despite direct interaction, ineffective strategies persist, and confusion regarding the feedback approach.
