Abstract: This research aims to relate the Family Functionality and Aggressiveness, in 3rd, 4th and 5th high school students in the district of Independencia. A descriptive correlational non - experimental design was used. A sample of 361 students of both sexes was used. The instruments that were used for the evaluation were: The Family Apgar questionnaire for family functioning and for Aggressiveness the Agression Questionnaire of the authors Buss and Perry is used. The results obtained show a significant negative correlation (between) the variables Family Functionality and Aggressiveness, thus presenting a value Rho = -0.739. The results showed that 54.8% had moderate family dysfunction and 47.6% had Agresivity. As for the Family Functionality correlation between the verbal Aggressiveness dimension, it was found that these have a value Rho = - 0.401, indicating that there is a negative statistical relationship and a moderate correlation coefficient is present, in the same way with respect to the correlation Between Familiar Function and the Physical Aggression dimension, a value Rho = -0.562 was obtained. Following this, we obtain the correlation between Family Function and the Hostility dimension, in which the results obtained a value Rho = - 0.403 which indicates the existence of a negative statistical relationship and a moderate correlation coefficient between them. On the other hand correlation between Family Functionality and the Ira dimension, the results were of a value of Rho = -0.524.
