FAMESA Explosivos SAC is a Peruvian company, founded in 1953, that provides technical assistance to Peruvian mining companies, consisting, among others, of training personnel on the design and execution of rock blasting. In the current context of uncertainty, it is necessary for FAMESA that its service respond effectively to the demand of its clients, which is why it considers the incorporation of agile methodologies to its work. The purpose of this research work is to develop the Plan for the Management of the Technical Assistance project, complemented with tools or techniques of the agile approach. To do this, Design Thinking, Eight Wastes, Belbin Method and Scrum were applicated. Regarding the Plan for the Management of the project, it has nine components, one of them referred to the Personnel Training Program. It is a three-year project with a budget of USD 1,121,273.40. The research work shows the application of the agile practices outlined towards the training component, in terms of training design (Design Thinking) and training execution (Eight waste, Scrum). Likewise, through the Belbin Method, the ideal conformation is proposed so that the team responsible for the project performs appropriately in relation to this component. In addition, a business case applied to the project of this research work is included.
