The objective of this work is to discuss the relevance of the Digital Transformation components that have influenced the digital product creation process to improve the student experience at UPC. It is based on the case study of "Cachimbo UPC" and analyzes the components that influenced the application of a Digital Transformation framework to the digital product creation process, in order to identify critical factors and discuss the applied practices. The present study was based on a case study methodology where in-depth interviews were carried out as a qualitative research technique, with the purpose of exploring the perceptions and experiences of the participants in the process of creating the digital product. The in-depth interviews allowed us to obtain detailed and comprehensive information about the influencing components that impacted the creation process, as well as delve into the factors of the transformation process, product management and experience in coherence of the application of agile practices in the context. work of the Laureate Digital Accelerator and involved stakeholders of the University of Applied Sciences (UPC). The findings of the study revealed the importance of team professional capabilities, where strong and empowering leadership acts as a catalyst to create an enabling environment. This leadership encourages collaboration, creativity, and open communication among members. In addition, communication and collaboration, along with decision making and risk management in human talent management, were identified as key elements in the process of creating digital products. These components intertwine synergistically to ensure that the team can operate efficiently and meet its objectives despite any challenges that may arise. The thesis concludes that there are three essential components for the implementation of a digital transformation framework in the creation of digital products: the first focuses on designing the student experience model, the second on the process of creating the digital product through product management and the third in work dynamics applying agile methodology. These components enable effective adaptation to change, optimization of resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a continuous focus on delivering value.
