Physical exercise emerges as an essential component to preserve a healthy life. In this context, the research work focuses on evaluating the viability of developing a business plan through the implementation of a marketplace that allows the reservation of sports spaces and appointments in physiotherapy centers, for the sports segment of Metropolitan Lima. The business model involves direct charging to users through the mobile application, considering a 10% commission for the providers of both services. The application will cover sports such as tennis, soccer, volleyball and swimming. The strategic analysis included a PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces and the identification of the target market (people who practice certain sports in Metropolitan Lima and belong to specific generational and economic groups). This allowed us to define the strategic plan of the business, whose value proposition focuses on connecting athletes with service providers, promoting an excellent user experience. The Human Resources plan established roles and responsibilities, a performance evaluation system and a corporate culture. The planning of the operations was detailed, covering all the needs of both user profiles. The Marketing plan is aligned with the value proposition, highlighting differentiation as a strategic advantage, to detail a plan to attract users and supplier partners. Finally, the financial plan evaluated expenses, income and projections, concluding that the project is profitable with a positive NPV and an IRR of 41% in a conservative scenario.
