This paper details the execution and start-up of a PET Material Recycling Plant dedicated to supplying the local market with Recycled Pellet Resins. This need arises from the growing internal market for this type of product and the boom in the use of PET plastic containers, due to the enormous advantages that this material presents, among which the possibility of being fully recycled, its ease, transport efficiency because it is extremely light, its high resistance to impact, its rigidity and the low permeability it presents to water vapor and oxygen. There is a growing need for PET recycling in order to improve the quality of life of society and contribute to the existence of a sustainable economy. The main strategy of the company is to provide a product of quality, weight, purity and suitable for contact with food, for this we will implement the international standard ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management, significantly impacting our brand, competitiveness, prestige and profitability. Generating greater efficiency in production processes, and offering higher levels of customer satisfaction. Our plant strategically located in Lurín - Lima begins operations with an initial investment of S/2,275,395.55, a business analysis was carried out from the commercial, productive and economic aspect, where its feasibility is visualized, obtaining a FINANCIAL IRR of 31%, FINANCIAL NPV of S / 5,249,444.00 and an ECONOMIC NPV S/ 3,569,155.00 in a normal situation. A SWOT analysis of the project was carried out, with the objective of identifying the main internal and external variables that affect it. We commercialize a product that preserves the environment and promotes the development of a circular economy, where the reduction, reuse and recycling of productive elements prevail, we concluded that the business plan is viable.
