The present study aims at determining epidemiologic the presence of possible risk factors that have an effect on the infection for HPV AR in cervical samples of women attended in the Doctor's Office of Oncología of the Regional Hospital of Loreto Felipe Arriola Iglesias, in the year 2015. For the determination of DNA the HPV was once the intervening method of capture of hybrids was used the second-generation team Hybrid Capture II (HC2, Digene Corporation, Gaithersburg, M. A.). The used statistics is bi-varied, what you allowed making associations (Chi Cuadrado), applying measures of association; Correlations and measures of correlation (Pearson's Correlation), to obtain the following results: In relation to the risk factors Menarquia, Age of the first childbirth, Number of children, Number of sexual partners and Use of contraceptive Methode, the association did not come across infection for HPV. In relation to the risk factor Age of the first sexual intercourse, definitely found association with infection for HPV, with bigger status between 12 to 17 years, frequently of the status between 18 to 24 years. In relation to the risk factor Infección of sexual transmission, also found association with infection for HPV, being of higher the ITS prevalence the infection for HPV. In conclusion, herewith research work definitely found association between certain risk factors epidemiologic and infection for HPV HR in women attended in the Regional Hospital of Loreto (year 2015), what the general hypothesis confirms.
