This research was developed with reference to the company Obras y Servicios SRL MUJICA located in the district of Iquitos: A. Location Policy: Department: Loreto; Maynas Province; Iquitos district; Alltitud: 111, 00 m Location:. Sector West of the city of Iquitos. Assess the Environmental Management System and Health and Safety at Work Company SRL MUJICA Works and Services based on the ISO 14001: 2004 (Environmental Management System - EMS) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Safety Management System and Health at Work - OHSMS). The results show that due to the nature of the company a significant percentage of personnel are classified into distinct features like the 76% sample of the population belongs to the area of operations, and more than 92% of the total are male. In addition it can be said that 41% of staff has training in environmental protection compared to 52% who were trained in safety and health at work. The training program developed should consider that 27% of staff work more than 8 hours a day, within which the area works more hours per day is Unit Security and Logistics Unit. The comparison of the requirements of ISO 14001: 2004 from the implemented documentation by interviewing senior management was evident that the Environmental Management System Company partially implemented the requirement 4.2. Environmental Policy and minimally 4.4. Implementation and Operation; not counting on initiatives to implement the requirements 4.3. Planning 4.5. 4.6 Verification. Management Review. Comparing the requirements of OHSAS 18001 Standards: 2007 implemented against the partial implementation documentation requirement 4.2 was evident. Environmental Policy and 4.4. Implementation and operation as well as minimal requirement 4.3. Planning, not counting initiatives to implement the requirements 4.5. Verification and 4.6. Management Review; so I as in the case of ISO 14001. In short, the company does not meet all the requirements for the Environmental Management System and Health and Safety at Work (ISO 14001: 2004 - SGA) - OHSAS 18001: 2007 - OHSMS).
