The present research work was carried out at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Vacunos project of the Faculty of Agronomy located in the Fundo de Zungarococha 30 minutes from the city of Iquitos, the objective was to determine the best proportion of cowpea and sawdust on the agronomic characteristics and yield Brassica oleraceae L. Cabbage Tropical variety of Light. Four concentrations of livestock manure plus sawdust were used in all experimental units of 3 m2 plus 3,000 worms of Eisenia foetida, the evaluation was carried out 90 days after sowing. The statistical design used was Completely Random Design, with four treatments and four repetitions, the treatments under study were: T0 (100% cattle manure), T1 (90% cow manure + 10% sawdust), T2 ( 80% cow manure + 20% sawdust) and T3 (70% cow manure + 30% sawdust). The results were: for height it was obtained 28.88 cm, weight of whole plant 2 281.37 g / plant, weight of the root 331.03 g / plant, weight of the head 1 950.34 kg / plant, diameter of the head of the cabbage 18.46 cm and the net weight of the cabbage was 1 572.38 kg / plant. Concluding that the parametric tests, report the significant statistical differences for the organic proportions: Vacaza Vs Sawdust + 3,000 worms in the characters height of plant, weight of plant, total weight of plant, weight of roots, diameter of plant and weight of basal leaves , while expressing non significant statistical differences in the commercial head weight variable. The vermicomposting is an alternative fertilizer for the production of Cabbage Cabbage Brassica oleraceae L.) Var. Tropical Deligth.
