The present study tries to determine if there is any relation between the motivational climate and the strategies of autocorrelation of the learning with the academic performance in the students of Primary Education of the Faculty of Sciences of the Education and Humanities of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, 2013-2014. The approach used is quantitative with the descriptive method of surveys and the historical of primary sources. The noun type at a descriptive correlational level and the non-experimental correlational design in a single group, the sample is constituted by 28.96% of the population of 183 students. It is determined that there is a 67.03% that the Motivational Climate and the Strategies of Autocorrelation of the Learning condition the Academic Performance. The contrast of the hypothesis at a significance level of α = 0.01, the multiple correlation coefficient r = 0.8187 by means of the t-Student distribution in the bilateral test with gl = 51, finding a high, positive and significant correlation and accepting the hypothesis. Motivational Climate determines Academic Performance, as long as the Learning Autocorrelation Strategies significantly improve the achievement of Academic Learning of the FCEH Primary Education students at UNAP.
