Relación entre el nivel de conocimiento del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y las actitudes del personal de Constructora Luz SRL, periodo noviembre 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y las Actitudes del Personal de Constructora Luz SRL., en el periodo noviembre 2018. La metodología aplicada corresponde al tipo de investigación Descriptivo y de diseño No Experimental, para lo cual se elaboró un instrumento de medición que se aplicó a la totalidad de trabajadores de la empresa Constructora Luz SRL., que en noviembre del 2018 ascendía a 42 personas. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que los trabajadores cuentan con un conocimiento “Alto” del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y “Positiva” la actitud del personal con el mayor valor de 26. Asimismo, el 78.57% de los encuestados manifestaron que tienen un “Alto” conocimiento del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad. También, 30 trabajadores (moda estadística) cumplen con los procedimientos y estándares de seguridad, están preparados para responder ante emergencias (moda estadística = 24), y analizan los procedimientos de tareas críticas (moda estadística = 28). Por otro lado, el 88.10% de los trabajadores cuenta con capacitación teórica y práctica en temas de seguridad. El perfil del trabajador es que tienen “Entre 30 – 35 años” (16.67%), son de sexo “Masculino” (85.71%), trabajan en “Obras” (73.82%), y saben que se está implementado el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad (92.86%). La actitud del personal es “Positiva” (80.95%).

The issue of security is fundamental any current company. This thesis aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of the Safety Management System and the attitudes of the personnel of Constructora Luz SRL, in the period November 2018. The methodology applied corresponds to the type of descriptive research and non-experimental design, for which a measurement instrument was developed that was applied to all workers of the company Constructora Luz SRL, which in November 2018 amounted to 42 people. The results of the investigation show that the workers have a "High" knowledge of the Safety Management System and "Positive" the attitude of the personnel with the highest value of 26. Likewise, 78.57% of the respondents stated that they have a "High" knowledge of the Security Management System. In that same sense, 30 workers (statistical mode) comply with safety procedures and standards, are prepared to respond to emergencies (statistical mode = 24), and analyze the procedures of critical tasks (statistical mode = 28). On the other hand, 88.10% of workers have theoretical and practical training in security issues. The profile of the worker is that they have "Between 30 - 35 years" (16.67%), they are of "Male" sex (85.71%), they work in "Works" (73.82%), and they know that the System of Security Management (92.86%). Finally, the attitude of the staff in reference to security issues is "Positive" at 80.95%.
