The National University of the Peruvian Amazon now has a laboratory for clinical analysis and management processes has played data manually, relying mainly on word processors and spreadsheets to print the information of the results and the payment not have data or the history of their patients and the results are not stored in any database, causing unnecessary delays, it is important to implement a management system applied to the Clinical Laboratory Analysis of this institution. The project's overall objective is to develop a system to automate as the registration and control of the laboratory and achieve maximum performance, the objective is to determine the specific requirements of the application is required and the problems in the manual processes and design a solution of the problems found to have real-time information of patients who are registered. To develop this project using the Rational Unified Process (RUP), the methodology for the analysis, implementation and documentation of object-oriented systems with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using methods of diagnosing the current situation of business planning of the solution according to the results of the analysis, the choice of tools and technologies that are suited to the • solution planned, specifically the platform of Visual Studio. NET. Using the system developed to measure for the clinical analysis laboratory of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon found that the tasks that were previously made by hand and supported by word processors and spreadsheets were redundant and subject to commission several errors, waiting times were measured on the user to a mínimum, depending on the capabilities of the hardware (printing speed) is controlled either registered patient and automates all the processes needed for monitoring to make the computer system.
