This research is explanatory descriptive, it seeks to explain why the operators of law do not apply the logical-legal principles when evaluating and resolve cases of revocation or cancellation of legal acts and socioeconomic, was used the analytical, deductive-inductive, descriptive and explanatory methods to properly use the data on the study variables was taken as population study concerning the so-called right operators who perform their functions in the civil courts and Superior Rooms Loreto Judicial District, covering the period 2011-2013, the sample was 25% of that universe, randomly. This percentage was considered: 10% of judges, 10% of lawyers and 5% of court staff, the investigation concluded that one (95%) of the resolutions revocation or cancellation of legal acts do not use the principles logical-legal , that 95% have not taken a course of training related to the research topic, 90% of respondents state that in the curricula of their universities did not understand the chair of Legal Logic, even if the legal act , agreeing with the perception that manifests itself through the media, a high rate (80%) of respondents between public and lawyer is dissatisfied with the service they received court, while only 5% said they were very satisfied .
