Comportamiento del sector agropecuario en la región Loreto, periodo 2017 - 2021

Abstract

The agricultural sector is important considering that it is a source of food for human consumption and because it also creates direct sources of work; The objective of the research is to analyze the growth of the agricultural sector in the Loreto region in the period 2017 - 2021, both in the agricultural and livestock sub-sectors; For this, a non-experimental cross-sectional design was used with a numerical approach, using data provided by the DRA, MIDAGRI and BCR. The study determined that the agricultural sector has had low growth in both the agricultural and livestock subsectors, managing to accumulate a growth of 6.73%. its participation in the sector predominates the agricultural part with more than 95%, the greater production is oriented to the internal market among them the products of rice with paddy, cassava, plantain among others and in a lesser proportion it is oriented to the industry such as cane sugar, oil palm, hard yellow corn and cocoa; In the livestock part, the production of poultry, eggs, pork meat, among others, stands out.

El sector agropecuario es importante considerando que es una fuente proveedora de alimentos para el consumo humano y porque además crea fuentes trabajo directa; la investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el crecimiento del sector Agropecuario en la región Loreto en el periodo 2017 – 2021 tanto en los sub sectores agrícola y pecuario; para ello se utilizó un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y con un enfoque numérico, utilizando datos proporcionados por la DRA, MIDAGRI y BCR. El estudio determinó que el sector agropecuario ha tenido un bajo crecimiento tanto en el sub sector agrario como pecuario, logrando acumular un crecimiento de 6.73%. predomina su participación en el sector la parte agrícola con más del 95%, la mayor producción está orientado al mercado interno entre ellos los productos de arroz con cáscara, yuca, plátano entre otros y en menor proporción se orienta a la industria como la caña de azúcar, palma aceitera, maíz amarillo duro y cacao; en la parte pecuaria sobresale la producción de aves, huevo carne de porcino entre otros.
