This research was developed with the objective of evaluating the environmental risks related to early childhood diseases in the human settlement Bellavista Nanay, Punchana 2018. The research design was under a quantitative approach, of a descriptive correlational type; The sample consisted of 93 families with children under 5 years of age from zone I of the A.H Bellavista Nanay, out of a population of 3 312 families. The data analysis was carried out with the values obtained by applying the instruments and for the statistical analysis the Chi-square test was used in the SPSS program. The results show that 93.5% of families with children under 5 years of age presented inadequate waste disposal, 84.9% presence of vectors, 81.7% inadequate basic sanitation, 77.4% indoor air pollution, 61.3% pollution of food and 60.2% limitations for access to safe water. Where 74.2% of the children presented parasitic disease, 72.0% diarrheal disease, 61.3% acute respiratory infections and 1.0% vector-borne diseases. When applying the Chi-square test, it was found that there is no statistical relationship between environmental risks and early childhood diseases (p> 0.05). Concluding that environmental risks are not related to early childhood diseases in the Bellavista Nanay human settlement, Punchana 2018
