Every organization aims to meet the expectations of users to their full satisfaction. This study aims to know the expectations and the level of satisfaction of the resident who goes to the offices of the Provincial Municipality of Requena to carry out their procedures. For this purpose, a descriptive level research was designed with a quantitative approach and a survey was applied to a sample of the population that is being approached to perform procedures: birth certificates, property tax payments, licenses, claims. The level of hope that the service improves marks 40% on average, both for the haste and compliance, simplicity of the procedures, solution of the problems, solicitous attention. Regarding to satisfaction, the correction and kindness of the staff marks a 60% approval, while 58% consider that the payment of the fees is fair; However, between 35 and 39% are not satisfied in aspects such as: the professional qualification of the staff, current information. It is concluded that there is an expectation of a regular level and some positive factors of satisfaction. Improving this performance requires: assessing the administrative staff about their work, avoiding staff rotations and hiring staff based on merit.
