Actitudes hacia la prevención de accidentes e incidentes laborales en trabajadores del área de envasado de la empresa Embotelladora La Selva S.A. Iquitos 2018

Abstract

Este trabajo se desarrolló en la Región Loreto, Provincia de Maynas, Distrito de Iquitos, en el área de envasado de la empresa Embotelladora La Selva SA Iquitos Una empresa de Arca Continental Lindley en el año 2018, cuyo objetivo fue describir y relacionar las actitudes hacia la prevención de accidentes e incidentes de los trabajadores del área de envasado. Fue investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y relacional. Para la conformación de la muestra de tamaño sesenta (60) se utilizó el método censal. El instrumento de medición fue el cuestionario con escala tipo Likert con 10 afirmaciones, el cual fue validado por expertos. De acuerdo al análisis estadístico univariado se encontró que en actitud general predominaron de manera significativa las actitudes favorables y muy favorables al igual que en actitudes cognoscitivas, reactivas y afectivas en comparación con la neutral y desfavorable. Para la prueba de hipótesis de independencia de las actitudes con el grado de instrucción y los grupos etarios se utilizó la prueba estadística no paramétrica Ji Cuadrado al 0.05 de probabilidad, encontrándose dependencia estadísticamente significativa entre la actitud general con el grado de instrucción del trabajador mas no con el grupo etario en los trabajadores del área de envasado. Así mismo se encontró dependencia entre el grado de instrucción y el grupo etario con la actitud cognoscitiva.

This work was carried out in the Region of Loreto, Province of Maynas, District of Iquitos, in the packaging area of the company Embotelladora La Selva SA Iquitos A company of Arca Continental Lindley in 2018, whose objective was to describe and relate attitudes towards the prevention of accidents and incidents of workers in the packaging area. The measuring instrument was the Likert-scale questionnaire with 10 statements, which was validated by experts. According to the univariate statistical analysis it was found that in general attitude favorable and very favorable attitudes predominated significantly as well as in cognitive, reactive and affective attitudes compared to neutral and unfavourable attitudes. For the test of hypothesis of independence of attitudes with the degree of instruction and age groups the non-parametric statistical test Ji Cuadrado was used at 0.05 probability, finding statistically significant dependence between the general attitude with the degree of instruction of the worker but not with the age group in the workers of the packaging area. There was also dependence between the degree of instruction and the age group on cognitive attitude.
