Gestión operativa y su relación con el logro de metas en la sub gerencia de logística de la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas año 2019

Abstract

The development of the study was focused on determining the relationship between operational management and the achievement of goals of the Logistics Sub-Management in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, year 2019. Which was executed under the applied guideline, describing and correlating the variables through a non-experimental statistical procedure. 19 managers were taken as main informants of the behavior of the variables, a survey was developed to the sample taken, taking a questionnaire to record their response to the items presented. Given this, the work concluded that the operational management in charge of the Logistics Sub-Management in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas is deficient, due to the fact that the responsible area has not been complying with the procedures and responsibilities demanded by each of the positions of I work immersed in it. Likewise, it is determined that the achievement of staff goals in the MPM Logistics Sub-Management is low, due to the fact that goals related to the acquisition of general goods and services have not been met, as well as to comply with the adequate storage of the goods entered the warehouse. Finally, it is determined that the operational management is significantly related to the achievement of goals of the Logistics Sub-Management in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, in the year 2019, which has been corroborated by a correlation coefficient of 0.941 and an index of significance of 0.000.

El desarrollo del estudio estuvo centrado en la determinación de la relación entre la gestión operativa y el logro de metas de la Sub Gerencia de Logística en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas, año 2019. La cual fue ejecutada bajo el lineamiento aplicado, describiendo y correlacionando las variables a través de un procedimiento estadístico no experimental. Se tomó a 19 directivos como principales informantes del comportamiento de las variables, se desarrolló una encuesta a la muestra tomada, tomando un cuestionario para el registro de su respuesta ante los ítems presentados. Dado ello, el trabajo concluyó que, la gestión operativa a cargo de la Sub Gerencia de Logística en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas es deficiente, ello debido que el área responsable no viene cumpliendo con los procedimientos y responsabilidades que demanda cada uno de los puestos de trabajo inmersos en ella. Asimismo, se determina que el logro de metas del personal en la Sub Gerencia de Logística de la MPM es bajo, ello debido que no se viene cumpliendo con metas relacionadas a la adquisición de bienes y servicios generales, así como para cumplir el adecuado almacenamiento de los bienes ingresados al almacén. Por último, se determina que la gestión operativa se relaciona significativamente con el logro de metas de la Sub Gerencia de Logística en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas, en el año 2019, la cual ha sido corroborada por un coeficiente de correlación de 0,941 y un índice de significancia de 0,000.
