Tax knowledge and tax awareness form the tax culture in the individual that makes it possible for him to leave behind the behavior of evading the payment of taxes to which our society is tolerant.The objective of this research work was to determine the level of tax culture in the students of the tenth cycle of the Professional School of Administration of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos, the first quarter of 2019, in order to give recommendations for the Improvement or consolidation of this culture will be very useful to our region in particular and to the nation in general.The study determined that the students of the tenth Professional School of Administration of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos, in the first quarter of 2019, have a high level of tax culture, represented by a high level of knowledge and tax awareness, highlighting that the level of tax knowledge is directly related to the level of tax awareness.With this it has been possible to determine that the School of Administration of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon is training good professionals with tax ethics and morals.
